If you are attending the Explore Offsite South West conference on 5th July, 2017, make sure you check out John Colvin’s talk.
John is Head of Hotels and Leisure for Stride Treglown and will be presenting “Getting your hotel ‘ship-shape’ – Container Volumetric”, a case study on the recently completed Hampton by Hilton Hotel the Bristol Airport. The 201 bedroom project leads the way in new construction technology, utilising shipping containers as modular bedrooms which are produced in a factory in China, before being shipped to Bristol.
The pre-designed modules are completely factory finished and are assembled in as little as 3 weeks.
The conference itself will bring together a range of offsite technology supply chain specialists and industry leaders to discuss the uptake of offsite construction in the South West region.
The event will focus on the key themes of: offsite technology options, regional offsite supply chain resources and opportunities and project case studies.
