As the new year rolls around we’re keeping the celebrations going with some important promotions across the practice.
Adam Parry in the Cardiff studio, Tony Russell in the Winchester office and Gareth Mason in Bristol are all promoted to Divisional Directors. These promotions are in recognition of the vital roles these individuals already play at Stride Treglown and the great potential they represent to help build the practice even further.
We are also delighted to be welcoming Caroline Mayes to the board of directors. Caroline brings to the board a huge amount of hard won experience and a national profile in the schools sector. Under her leadership, and working closely with Simon Trew in Wales, this has become the largest sector of the practice. Moving forward is vitally important for our continuing success. With her organisational and managerial skills, Caroline has done a fantastic job of improving her teams’ knowledge sharing between offices; a model we have asked her to develop further across the business.
As we strengthen our leadership team, we are also looking to take on some new blood with the following positions:
- Architect in Winchester
- Building surveyor in Bristol
- Interior design graduate in Bristol
- Marketing assistant in Bristol
- Technician/technologist in Winchester
- Town planner in London
