Modern office development in the Cotswolds
This BCO award-winning office can be summarised by a quote from a member of staff – ‘sometimes it doesn’t feel like you are at work at all’. Sitting on the edge of a conservation area in the Cotswold town of Cirencester, we developed a restrained palette of natural materials including traditional ashlar limestone, black granite and natural timber brises soleils.
The internal layout and planning grid were designed to allow maximum flexibility for the client while also allowing for sub-letting individual floors. Our interior design team was commissioned separately to undertake the internal fitout. We complemented the exterior by using stone, timber and glass with leather furniture. A real flame fireplace is framed by the honed granite entrance and limestone reception feature.
