We can prepare schedules of condition for inclusion in lease agreements or Party Wall Act negotiations, to define/record the condition of a property or demised area. This safeguards the interest of owners, landlords and tenants.
Asset Management Surveys
We have undertaken Asset Management surveys for large organisations to help define their long term maintenance and expenditure strategies, and ultimately plan for future works.
Party Wall Surveyor Services
Our Building Surveyors are fully conversant with the the Party Wall Act. We are experienced in preparing, issuing and reviewing ‘notices’ and ‘awards’. Whether you are a ‘building owner’ proposing building work, or an ‘adjoining owner’ who has received a notice, with Stride Treglown’s knowledge you can be confident that you’ve adhered to statutory requirements.
We identify and diagnose defects and make recommendations for remedial works and preventative measures.
Our early involvement can help prevent more serious defects and expensive repair costs occurring in the future.
Expert Witness Services
Our Civil Procedure Rule (CPR) compliant Expert Witness Reports provide unbiased specialist opinions and facts with regard to building disputes, and have, to date, enabled all disputes to be settled ‘out of court’.
We offer a broad range of services to meet your dilapidations needs, including:
