Flexible working in central Bristol

The Paragon is situated in Victoria Street, Bristol, an area currently experiencing a resurgence of interest. We were commissioned by our client, Cubex Land, to design a prominent office building that could provide 7,000sqm of flexible accommodation. During the process we were also commissioned to design the fitout of part of the building for Ernst & Young.

Design features

The six-storey building includes:

  • Secure basement parking
  • Retail units at ground level
  • A full height atrium providing natural daylight to the office areas.
  • An external terrace at penthouse level, making the most of extensive views of the city.
  • A double height reception area features a polished concrete tile floor, polished plaster wall finishes and a steel and glass staircase

The building achieved a BREEAM ‘Excellent’ rating and was sold by Cubex to an institutional investor for £26million.
