Bounded to the north by the river Avon and to the west and east by listed buildings and structures, the proposals draw upon the rich industrial heritage of the site and these have been used in a contemporary manner to inform the buildings’ appearance.

Our interiors team have developed a design which complements the industrial aesthetic and ensures this design continuity throughout the buildings’ internal finishes.

McLaren Property and Stride Treglown have been working closely with the local authority to ensure that the proposals reflect the historic importance of the site.
