Harnessing a child's instinctive desire to learn.

Our school architecture focuses on what really makes a difference for learning, using creative ways of achieving more for less.

Our adaptable, affordable spaces create a springboard for evolving pedagogies and learning styles. We use our cross sector experience from the most demanding of commercial clients and combine it with a deep understanding of how teaching and learning is achieved at all stages of education.

As well as designing and delivering bespoke projects, we have also developed two incredibly successful model schools, the Agilis and the section 106. These can save on costs, with repetitive aspects being designed efficiently once and then duplicated. We then use the spaces linking those repetitive units to really make the difference to pupils’ lives.

We have worked with Stride Treglown on three consecutive secondary school designs. I remain consistently impressed with their levels of competency, collaboration, professionalism and innovation; with which their design teams are energised.

Their ability to provide budget sensitive solutions that retain a high level of architectural integrity and end user satisfaction is second to none.

Geraint Flowers, Regional Project Manager, City and County of Swansea

The staff have started to move back into Penrose today and some of them have been crying, with happiness. I wanted to let you know what a difference you have all made to us. If you could see the children’s excitement when they come in to their new school it would make you all happy.

Liz Hayward, Executive Headteacher, Penrose School (PMLD)
