Stride Treglown named Architect of the Year by Healthcare Estates

With a slightly fuzzy head, we are delighted to announce Stride Treglown was named Architectural Practice of the Year at last night’s 2017 IHEEM Healthcare Estates Awards.

Dan Van Luttmer, Head of Healthcare, commented:

“This prestigious award means a huge amount us, it’s an honour to be held in such high regard by the industry.

“Over the past year we have been a trusted advisor to an enormous range of clients. We don’t just get involved in large-scale projects, in fact, we believe it’s the volume of small scale interventions that are having the biggest impact on the healthcare industry.

“All of the high-quality refurbishments, building reconfigurations, extensions, modular facilities, general ICU’s, inpatient facilities, diagnostic imaging services, estate strategies and masterplanning work means we constantly wrestle with the everyday challenges of healthcare delivery.

“I’m extremely proud of the team’s achievement; it reflects the incredibly hard work our talented staff put in to understanding client needs and solving many complex issues.

“We look forward to many more small interventions, delivering large results.”

Simon Boundy also scooped an award at the conference, winning the all-important architects cup table football competition.
