After entering a competition to extend the Watergate Bay Hotel, the new spa facilities have become a renowned luxury destination in Cornwall. To provide ‘active relaxation’ for the hotel’s sporty surfer clientele, our 700 sqm extension includes a 25m infinity pool with panoramic views of the bay and surf below, a new spa with treatment rooms, living space, cafe, surf board storage and changing facilities. The scheme also provides a new entrance to the hotel, solving existing accessibility issues and creating a more prominent entrance for hotel guests.

In addition to an award from the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors in the Southwest Tourism and Leisure category, Watergate Bay Hotel is also listed as Britain’s number one seaside hotel in the Sunday Times ‘Ultimate 100 British Hotels’.
