Stride Treglown named Insider Architecture Practice of the Year

It is a great pleasure to announce that we were named Architectural Practice of the Year at last night’s Insider SW Property Awards.

To top it off, our Bath studio’s 20 Manvers Street project won Office Refurbishment of the Year. It meant a rare night of seeing both David Hunter (chairman) and Tristan Rhodes (regional director for Bath) out and about in their tuxedos.

We would like to extend our gratitude to everybody we have worked with, past and present, for helping us win these awards.

The insider judges commented:

“Stride Treglown demonstrated diversity in its projects, including the Bristol Business School, Met Office Data Centre in Exeter, and Hampton hotel at Bristol Airport.

We especially praise the company’s approach to innovation and pushing technical boundaries, including building the hotel out of shipping containers and use of BIM in the Met Office Data Centre.”

A great night had by all, and a few sore heads this morning.
