Marshgate

A mixed-use development in Stratford
We were approached to develop detailed design proposals for a mixed-use scheme on Marshgate Lane in Stratford.
The scheme comprises 75 apartments and 3650m² of commercial space split across two buildings of twelve and eight storeys. The buildings are connected by a central link building that creates a communal roof garden for the apartments.
The scheme is part of a masterplan for the redevelopment of a post-industrial waterside site alongside the Bow Back River in the Lower Lea Valley.
The building acts as a gateway across the river and connects between Stratford High Street and the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park.
