This award is a testament to our employee-owned, purpose-driven approach and our investments in development, wellbeing and inclusion.
For many years we’ve proudly placed long–term human and environmental interests at the heart of our decision–making. This includes transitioning to employee ownership nearly a decade ago to, more recently, becoming carbon neutral and certifying as a B Corp.
Last year we formally changed our Articles of Association to set in stone our legal commitment to run our practice for the benefit of society, the environment, and our employees.
Since becoming a B Corp, we’ve focused on improving the day-to-day experience of our employees and the surrounding context of that experience. We’ve addressed topics businesses might not usually consider, such as helping employees with financial literacy, fertility guidance and planning for the future.
Winning Employer of the Year is fantastic recognition for us. A huge amount of work has gone into developing our employee offer in recent years – from evolving our Hybrid, Agile and Flexible Working Policy to launching Fuse, our in-house L&D programme – and we’re proud to say this is just the start of that journey.”
