Cora Kwiatkowski is Bristol’s first accredited RIBA Client Adviser

We are pleased to announce that Divisional Director, Cora Kwiatkowski, is Bristol’s first accredited RIBA Client Adviser.

RIBA Client Advisers are experienced architects that provide clients with impartial and informed advice from the earliest stages of a project. They are selected for their all-round procurement expertise, design experience, business knowledge and track-record of delivering high-quality results in construction projects.

With over 20 years of industry experience across a range of sectors, Cora is able to offer strategic advice that puts clients in control, adds value to projects and ensures a quality outcome in design and delivery.

Cora demonstrates outstanding leadership and considerable expertise in architecture and the wider design and built environment disciplines. She has led major teams on significant projects in the UK and elsewhere in Europe and is a key role model.

Cora specialises in large Higher Education, Workplace, Residential, Student Living and Creative Reuse projects. She is a Built Environment Expert (BEE) for the Design Council‘s Commission for Architecture and the Built Environment. Cora also chairs two Design Review Panels: Design Review West and the Design Commission for Wales.
