Cristina, what’s your favourite project you’ve worked on?
Epic has been a great opportunity for me to grow professionally, not just by developing my visualiser skills, but also by pushing my creativity and stepping outside my comfort zone. It’s allowed me to explore new ways of presenting ideas while contributing to a collaborative design process.
What are the key challenges that affect your sector?
The rise of AI, and digital tools is reshaping workflows. While it offer efficiency, they also demand continuous learning and adaptation to stay competitive.
Interesting fact that nobody knows about you?
I used to DJ in small pubs in my hometown with a friend. We’d get “paid” to play our favourite music with free drinks. Banging…
Best building in your city?
As a proud “Burgalesa”, I cannot say anything other than the Cathedral of Burgos, a UNESCO World Heritage site. Beautiful inside and outside.
Best book you’ve read?
The Yellow World by Albert Espinosa, I read it on a 4hours train journey, and I admit, a few tears fell along the way.
What’s the greatest invention ever?
A BIC pen and a Pub paper napkin, the unofficial tools of genius.
