As an employee owned practice we design, create, and delivers spaces and places that people love to use. People are at the heart of what we do within our offices, with our clients and consultants we work with, and importantly with those who will live, work, and play in the spaces and places we create.

Our strategy is based around the Bristol Equality Charter that aims to bring together businesses and their local communities to make them more representative organisations, and improve their services to their communities.
