Situated in the landscaped Green Park development, 250 Brook Drive consists of 65,000sqft of office space spread across three floors, with a double-height entrance and central, full-height atrium.
Built around the year 2000, 250 Brook Drive has been constantly occupied and has had minimal intervention.
A lease break allowed Mapletree to reposition this building to increase market value and compete with much newer buildings within the park.
Externally the approach has been reworked, as the double-height entrance facade has been replaced and now has a new feature entrance.
Internally, the central atrium has been opened up with a full width roof light and a central work lounge that is linked through from the reception.
All cores have been reconfigured to provide uplifted washrooms and end-of-journey facilities.
The building services have been completely replaced and upgraded to all-electric.
250 Brook Drive is awaiting accreditation and is expected to achieve BREEAM Excellent and an EPC ‘A’.
