The scheme contains a number of bespoke houses types chosen and planned to create a variety of character areas throughout the site.

The project consists of 85 units providing a mix of 41 – 1 and 2 bed apartments and maisonettes, together with 44 – 3 and 4 bed houses and follows the principles set within the original masterplan.

Although the proposed layout is faithful to the original principles of the masterplan, one of the initial exercises undertaken by the Team has been to maximize the design potential within the phase 4 layout.

The new District Park immediately to the north and the Central Square to the south, will offer to the future residents ample access to open space and amenity facilities.

The permeable layout provides multiple access points to the new park. There is a strong relationship with the formal and informal open space features within adjacent phases and the wider provision within St Andrews Park. The development will meet the requirements of Hillingdon Borough Council and the outline masterplan in the provision of on-site renewable energy.
