On a fantastic night in Dubai at the 2016 Commercial Interior Design Awards, Stride Treglown were awarded the prestigious ‘Interior Design of the Year: Hotels’ award for Rove Downtown Dubai.
Now in its 10th edition, the CID Awards gather more than 700 influential members of the Middle East’s design community under one roof, covering the whole spectrum of commercial interiors, from hospitality to retail and public sector to office, as well as recognising the people who shaped the projects.
Rove Hotels is a new brand of mid-market lifestyle hotel by Emaar Hospitality Group, for the joint venture of Emaar Properties and Meraas Holding, developed to support Dubai’s Tourism Vision 2020 and World Expo 2020.
Exemplifying all the core values that Rove Hotels will bring to Dubai, the hotel has previously been described by Harpers Bazaar as “an artsy boutique hotel that mixes comfortable living with eclectic works of art”.
Congratulations to Anabel Oreiro, Head of Interior Design at Stride Treglown, Nigel Craddock, former Director for MENA at Stride Treglown, and all of the team involved in the project.
