Triennale 2018
Time flies when you’re having fun.
It’s been three years since we all last met and much has evolved around the business since then, so we masterminded the Stride Treglown Triennale; a conference day held at the newly refurbished Promenade House.
The overall aim of the conference was to replicate the relaxed, sociable, inclusive feel of the last conference. We recognised that a large part of the value of such gatherings is in spending time with one another, getting to know each other better and express our culture.
We wanted to share areas of interest, knowledge and enthusiasm on topics that are of relevance to us and our business. Topics that ignite passion and form our soul.
We asked each studio to articulate their aspirations for our business over next five years. We wanted to inspire each other. In an ever changing world it is vital we future proof our employee owned business together.
