A steel framework cruise terminal in Southampton
As Design and Build architect working with Mansell Construction, our team in Plymouth produced the technical drawing package for a new cruise terminal in Southampton.
The terminal is adjacent to the Ocean Dock and it is capable of handling ships with a capacity of 4000 passengers.
It is a steel framework and painted aluminium cladding while the space inside is divided into two separate floors to accommodate 40 check-in desks and 1500 chairs with a 350ft long baggage hall.
