Rachel Bremner steps up in London as the studio gathers momentum

Historic buildings. Underused spaces waiting to be unlocked. Boroughs and communities that shift and grow. These are the hallmarks of today’s capital. It’s in this city that Rachel Bremner, our newly appointed Regional Director in London, shines.

Working in lockstep with the team, Rachel is helping to drive development and regeneration across the city — bringing fresh thinking, local understanding, and a willingness to challenge convention to a London on the brink of a bright new era.

A track record for delivering change

For nearly 10 years, Rachel has seen the city, and the studio, evolve — helping shape the team to match that momentum. Along the way, she’s built a reputation for navigating complex challenges and bringing different people and perspectives together — one she’s put into practice at our transformation of Greenwich’s Grade II Devonport House.

Her background in education has seen her deliver complex projects at every scale, from small schools at the heart of a community to major university developments that create communities of their own. In every case, it’s been through close, collaborative listening that those sites have thrived.

It’s from that work that Rachel’s knowledge of the city’s needs has bloomed — a depth of understanding she now passes on to the team as we develop complex sites across the capital.
