We are offering an opportunity for someone eager to join our Bristol team.

The Opportunity

Working across our Bristol and Bath Offices, this is a fantastic opportunity to work collaboratively with Architecture, Interior Design and Technical teams on a significant commercial/private sector development across multiple buildings.  You will work together to respond to client needs and provide output that supports the creative teams and realises the design vision for the project.

You will be a motivated and enthusiastic team player. Should have an open mind and be motivated by ‘alternative’ design styles. You will see the challenge of non-standard design as a positive part of the project brief and embrace it fully!

You will have

  • Strong Revit capability and family creation
  • Strong visualisation skills in Enscape and Lumion
  • Experience in creating / applying accurate material representation
  • Sound knowledge of UK FF&E suppliers
  • Strong portfolio of conceptual imagery developed into visuals

Essential skills

  • Experience within architecture / interior design
  • Ability to communicate ideas through a variety of presentation methods, including sketches, precedent imagery, photomontage
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a multi-disciplinary team – building rapport and creating positive relationships
  • Excellent communication and strong conceptual skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and respond to client needs
  • Excellent time management skills of own workload
  • Strong 3d modelling skills
  • Strong knowledge of Enscape, Lumion, InDesign, Photoshop, and excel skills

Desirable skills 

  • Experience with AI tools would be an advantage
