Danny Harris is our G4C Future Leader

Last week, Danny Harris won Future Leader of the Year at the Generation for Change (G4C) South West Awards.

But what makes a future leader? This is what G4C were looking for…

Someone that best demonstrates a positive impact on their peers, their organisation and the wider industry, against current G4C priority areas of people development, sustainability and innovation. Our winner must show potential to become an exemplary future leader.

Danny works on Schools and Higher Education projects and his expertise lies with stakeholder engagement, collaboration and design.

Here’s what his sponsor, Caroline Mayes, had to say:

At this early stage in his career, Danny is already driving change. He is committed to collaboration, upskilling others and mentoring those starting out within the industry. He always works in a collaborative manner, both with the internal team and externally with consultants and clients.

His easy manner quickly engenders respect and confidence from even the most challenging of clients. Clients value the way he picks up and manages different stakeholder requirements, and sifts through these, prioritising as necessary – keeping projects on track.

Danny has a bright future within the industry and really deserves to be recognised as a future leader.

Now in their third year, the G4C South West Awards showcase the best young professionals within our industry. G4C SW is passionate about providing a platform for our future leaders and celebrating their achievements so far.
