Stride Treglown working on University of Exeter student accommodation

Stride Treglown is on the team of the recently announced preferred bidder, University Partnerships Programme (UPP), for the University of Exeter’s East Park site.

The scheme comprises 1,182 high quality student residences, set into the Streatham Campus’ landscape; one of the most naturally attractive university campuses in the UK, with woodland, lakes, gardens, remarkable botanical collections and open spaces close to the city centre.

Working closely with University Partnerships Programme (UPP), the proposed site plan is one of several significant investments being made by the University as they continue to improve their student experience offering.
