Four years ago, we became the first AJ100 practice to become a B Corp— a journey that was sparked by our commitment to putting our values to action. Today, that journey has reached a new phase, as we celebrate our B Corp re-certification.
Being a B Corp means being committed to creating positive impact for our employees, our clients, and the wider world. It acts as a powerful point of reference as we seek to understand the impact of our decisions, increase our accountability, and act to improve wherever we fall short.
In the years since our initial certification, we’ve made sure not to stand still. Instead, we’ve focused on bettering the experience of working with, and for, Stride Treglown.
This re-certification is a welcome validation of the work we’re doing to act on our values and expand our positive impact.
The B Corp framework has helped guide us on our journey to give more agency and ownership to our people; to define and meet our targets around sustainability; and to listen to clients and building inhabitants with ever more care and depth.
