London’s landscape never stands still — its rich architectural heritage and long-established communities forever reinvented as life in the capital moves forward.

During our twenty-five years in the city, we’ve matched that momentum — shaping the development and regeneration of places across its boroughs. Emily Lawrence, our new Associate Director, is set to help us accelerate that pace once again.

Bringing eighteen years of experience delivering residential-led, mixed-use regeneration — backed by twenty-five years of living and working in the capital — Emily’s understanding of how the city breathes, moves, and evolves runs right down to the individual borough.

She’s played a part in shaping the city at every scale: from the masterplan for Greenwich Millennium Village — a 1,800-home, industrial brownfield regeneration on the Greenwich peninsula — right down to detailed mixed-use schemes like Peckham Place, which delivered 333 homes and active retail space across three buildings. Across every project, she’s driven by design that lives up to the human stories behind how people live, work, and connect.

“London is such a big part of my identity and my story, and this is such a pivotal moment in its future. I want this studio to be at the very front of that, creating the kind of places Londoners will value far into the future.”

Emily Lawrence, Associate Director

Already hard at work on a host of exciting live projects, Emily’s arrival expands our capability to create neighbourhoods where Londoners will flourish for generations to come.

“With Emily’s deep local relationships, her masterplanning expertise, and her track record in residential-led, mixed-use development, our London studio is in its strongest position yet to help clients navigate the city’s complex development landscape.”
