Cyber College Cymru wall graphics

Cyber College Cymru is a Welsh Government initiative focused on educating the future cyber specialists. The first of the college’s teaching hubs is a retrofitted classroom located at Coleg Gwent’s Blaenau Gwent campus.

Stride Treglown’s brief was to create a graphic installation for the hub that reflected an imagined cyber environment and provided the hub with the feel of a professional environment rather than simply a classroom.

The final scheme was created from an arrangement of hexagonal panels of differing depths arranged in an interlocking pattern. Each panel was printed with either a segment of a single whole cyber-themed image, the college’s logo, or one of the college’s industry partners logos. As a whole the panels create a mesh-like pattern of cyber-related graphics.
