The Whiteley Homes Trust has provided housing to people who have needed its support at Whiteley Village for over a century. Much has changed in that period, and now is the right time to consider how the Village can adapt to a range of contemporary and future challenges facing the Trust.

Stride Treglown, specialists in the long term planning of places, along with a team of other technical consultants, has been appointed to help establish a long term vision for the estate. The aim is to address important issues such as: heritage; landscape; a sense of community; climate change; maintenance; and viability.

Working alongside our planning and masterplanning teams, with colours derived from the client’s brand, the site includes informative sections for the overall vision, site context, inspiration & delivery and an area for giving feedback. The website enables positive engagement with Village residents and neighbouring communities throughout this masterplanning exercise to better understand the aspirations and requirements of all those involved.
