Stride Treglown has been named as a supplier on NHS Shared Business Services (NHS SBS) Healthcare Planning, Construction Consultancy and Ancillary Services framework agreement.

Through the NHS SBS framework agreement, we can provide you with the following services:
Lot 1 – Architectural Services
Lot 6 – Principal Designer Services (inc. Health and Safety)
Lot 7 – Multidisciplinary Services
Lot 8 – Building Surveyors
Lot 9 – Healthcare Planning
Lot 11 – Ancillary Services (inc. Town Planning, Landscape Architecture, Master planning, Public Realm Design and Strategy, Estate Strategy, Interior Design, BIM Manager/Coordinator)
As a Lot 7 multidisciplinary supplier we can provide a ‘one stop shop’ service. Alongside our design services we can include some, or all, of these services: Project Management, Quantity Surveying, Civil and Structural Engineering, and Mechanical, Electrical and Public Health (MEP) Services.
The framework runs from 14th August 2023 to 13th August 2027 and you can use it for any size project – new build or refurbishment – across the UK using traditional or Design & Build procurement.
