Is it possible to deliver high-performance homes at speed and scale without compromising on sustainability and placemaking? At UKREiiF 2025, we’re partnering with Cratus Group to host a session which explores the potential of standardised design to transform housing delivery.
Drawing on lessons from the innovative Tai ar y Cyd Pattern Book, developed for housing associations in Wales, a panel of experts will be on hand to discuss the economic and practical benefits of a shared design standard and how these principles could be applied across the UK.
