Best Architect and Residential Development wins at inaugural Bristol Property Awards

“This proud Bristol company has an exceptional portfolio of high-profile projects. A stand-out year for client work, environmental impact and employee development. Impressive.”

Judging Panel, Bristol Property Awards

We’re thrilled to have sealed a double win at the first Bristol Property Awards.

We were recognised not only for Paintworks in the Best Residential Development category, but also the Best Architect award.

Paintworks was highlighted for its “superb quality” and “seamless intergration” with the existing commercial offering on the site. It is now considered one of Bristol’s key creative hubs.

In choosing a Best Architect winner, the judges were keen to comment that “This proud Bristol company has an exceptional portfolio of high-profile projects. A stand-out year for client work, environmental impact and employee development. Impressive.”

We are a proud Bristol-born company, and proud to be the largest UK architectural practice headquartered outside of London. We started life in Bristol in 1953. Since then we have grown into a family of over 300 built environment experts, spread across nine UK offices. Our approach to architecture isn’t driven by ego, rather by the needs of our clients and the inhabitants of the spaces and places we create.

The Bristol Property Awards celebrates the dynamic Bristol property sector and the clever property companies shaping the city’s destiny.
