Ten years ago we set ourselves the task of creating one of the most sustainable workplaces in the UK – a new office for our Cardiff team that pushed the boundaries of sustainable design, and helped its inhabitants thrive.

A decade later we turned the inhabitant lens on ourselves and uncovered love, learning and loss.
